Important Note: The pandemic has severely impacted international courier service. Please use the shipping timeline below for reference only. It is unfortunately, not under our control once we hand off our products to the courier. We try our best to ship out our products within the next business day to minimise the wait time.
Due to the unpredictability of the shipping times, we advise all customers to take responsibility of checking their tracking number from time to time too.

Standard Shipping using Canada Post Xpress Post with tracking (3-5 business days) - Flat Rate $8
FREE SHIPPING at $100 CAD and above.
United States and Mexico -
Standard Shipping using Canada Post Tracked Packet International - (5-15 business days) - $15 CAN
FREE SHIPPING at $150 CAD or above
Standard Shipping using Canada Post Tracked Packet International - (10-30 business days) - $25 CAN
FREE SHIPPING at $200 CAD or above.
Duties, Taxes, VAT
We do not charge any duties or taxes for any countries other than Canada. For countries other than Canada, we will not be responsible for any charges in duties, taxes and VAT etc.. Depending on the country, the customer may be charged such fees upon receiving the order.
Returns & Exchanges
We only offer returns for our fashion and semi-fine jewellery products, except for earrings (for hygienic reasons), within 14 days of purchase.
Original shipping charges with NOT be refunded.
*Customers are responsible for their own shipping costs and make sure they mark the return package as “RETURN”. Should we be charged taxes upon receipt on the return, the taxes will be deducted from the return amount.
Items must be in it's original undamaged state. Please return your items (undamaged and in it's original box) along with the receipt to:
