Our welcome coded is intended for one time use only and it is only applicable for fashion jewellery and semi-fine jewellery. The welcome code is not applicable for fine jewellery.
Please also allow 48 hours processing time for our jewellery.

Duties, Taxes, VAT
We do not charge any duties or taxes for any countries other than Canada. For countries other than Canada, we will not be responsible for any charges in duties, taxes and VAT etc.. Depending on the country, the customer may be charged such fees upon receiving the order.
Returns & Exchanges
We only offer returns and exchanges for our fashion and semi-fine jewellery products, except for earrings (for hygienic reasons), within 14 days of purchase. Fine jewellery items can only be exchanged for other products. Items must be in it's original undamaged state. Please return your items (undamaged and in it's original box) along with the receipt to:
